Hesser offers over 25 Associate Degree Programs. In addition, the College offers three 2+2 Bachelor Degree programs. Students may also enter an innovative 3+3 Law Degree Program, offered in conjunction with the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover.

Associate of Science: Criminal Justice: Corrections, Probation and Parole
The Corrections, Probation and Parole program is designed to provide a specialized education in law enforcement with an emphasis in corrections. Students receive a foundation in Criminal Justice theory. The correctional system is specifically emphasized, including the operations of PRISONS and JAILS, probation and parole, and rehabilitation of offenders.

Associate of Science: Criminal Justice: Law Enforcement
This program will give the student a sound foundation in theory and technique that prepares them for a processional position in the public or private sector of law enforcement, corrections, or security. Specific electives allow the student to tailor the program to their career goals.

Associate of Business Science: Paralegal Studies
Students will acquire a fundamental awareness of the law and practical hands -on skills that prepare them to meet the demands of the paralegal profession. Courses focus on legal areas such as Legal Research, Civil and Criminal Law, Property Law, and Wills, Estates, and Trusts. In addition, students are trained in legal research using on-line computer systems interfacing with a national legal database.

Bachelor of Science: Criminal Justice If you would like to start a career in law enforcement, as a police officer, special agent, or corrections officer, this course of study is for you. "A more security-conscious society and concern about drug-related crimes should contribute to the increasing demand for police services." There will be 28% more policemen on the street and 51% more corrections officers. The future promises jobs . . . in service to the community. The objective of the Criminal Justice program is to provide students with knowledge of law enforcement. Graduates may work as a police office, detective, special agent, private security, or in the federal government's domain.
